Who Is On Your Spring Hockey Team? Newington Spring Hockey League 2026 Is Back For It's 2nd Year
Memorable spring hockey teams and hockey jersey concepts from last year were Snappers, Mighty Pucks, All Caps, CT Flow Dogs, Tropical Dusters and Copperheads.
Kids can play at 2025-2026 or 2026-2027 USA Hockey age brackets to gain some early hockey game experience at the next level.
This is also a great opportunity for hockey coaches to coach the kids at the next level with a preview of the Fall - Winter 2026 - 2027 hockey season.
The kids can design their own customized hockey jerseys for Newington Spring Hockey League 2026, or wear their current club hockey jerseys to save $.
This is a big community project, so we do need everyone's help to recruit and make it happen.
If you need a spring hockey team to play on, please reach out. We will do our best to find a team for you.
Each spring hockey team gets 8 spring hockey games at Newington Arena. The league is off for spring break. It's just once per week. We do our best to accommodate.
We know the kids play other sports too, but it's nice to get a local spring hockey game in once per week. The kids really enjoy them.
The league hosted over 700 kids last year, and hosted over 165 hockey games.
We also have full Crossbar functionality this year for ease of use. 2025 - 2026 USA Hockey #s are fine to submit.
Spots are filling up, and Newington Spring Hockey League 2026 hockey teams are forming, so please ask the kids if they'd like to play, and who they'd like to play with, so we can get a head count to submit.
